Applicant agrees: (i) not to purchase or register keywords, AdWords, search terms or other identifying terms that include the Merchant Trademarks or any variation thereof for use in any search engine, portal, sponsored advertising service or other search or referral service and (ii) to apply the keyword term(s) contained in all the Merchant Trademarks as negative match terms in any and all paid search program(s) or any other search program(s) utilized by Applicant.
