Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great idea but disappointed in functionality Just got this shovel for upstate NY winter. Had some difficulty with assembly - specifically the wheels. Used it today for about 4 inches of powdery snow. My driveway is not smooth so the edge of the shovel kept catching on any crack or bump. I found it worked best without the wheels rolling which made me wish I hadn't struggled to put them on in the first place. I prefer the handle fully extended but it would not stay that way no matter how much I tightened the adjuster. I like that the blade is metal & the shovel's width allows for moving a lot more snow than the standard shovel. I will probably try to find a similar product with a fixed handle & either without wheels or without assembly required.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wheel issue. Everything seems sturdy, but I wish the wheels were made of heavier duty plastic or hard rubber. I will find out next winter weather they will be durable enough to handle the jobs at hand here in New England.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Good idea, poor execution and quality This product is ONLY good for light, fluffy snow. With wet and heavy snow you can only do small bits at a time before it gets too heavy. It was also difficult to out the wheels on and they were flimsy. If you hit any ice or compacted snow (tire tracks on a driveway for example) the handle slides back into itself no matter how hard you tighten it. It also only lasted for 2 driveways worth of shovelling before it snapped almost in half on an icy tire rut. Very poor quality.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Quality control poor When attaching the wheels to the shovel we found washers missing. We found the fitting was too tight to get the washers into anyway. In addition there was a screw hole missing on the pipe. We had to buy a new drill bit to make a new hole ourselves. Haven't had a chance to try it out since we haven't had any snow yet so the rating of 3 was generous.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not great for City Sidewalks I attempted to shovel light snow, an inch or two. The shovel does not sit right. Its to high off the ground. Even my neighbor tried and thanked me for saving him from wasting his money. I was very disappointed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It’s good but we had a problem. There was a bent screw that prevented the correct assembly procedure. We can maybe find a replacement but I bought 2 others as gifts. I hope they don’t have the same problem.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good for snow/Terrible w Ice Not fun to put together and directions were useless! However, I like the width of this shovel, and if we just have snow, it may do ok (we'll see with next snowfall?). I have used it once and driveway/sidewalks were also icy. I had to constantly stop and adjust the handle - it doesn't get tight enough. When you hit a patch of ice, the handle slides down. It was more work than it was worth! If it doesn't do well with next storm, we may end up returning!!
