Rated 5 out of 5 by Farm Gal from Excellent pizza pan I would recommend this pan, some have said they would not use it after seasoning it. I am a cast iron person and seasoning a pan sometimes takes two or three times to do with new cast iron. As for smoke you can use to much lard. Best way to season is to wash the pan, dry on the stove at low, then wait until it cools, literally wipe the inside of the pan with lard not much just enough to cover, place it in a 200 degree oven UPSIDE DOWN and bake for 2 to 3 hours. Let it cool, wipe it clean and cook bacon in it if it sticks do it again. Only this time just wipe with a cloth or paper towels do not wash! I have over 10 cast iron pans and this is great for so many foods.

Rated 1 out of 5 by 123Cook from Not Good for many reasons This product said it was pre-coated and to wash it and season it. It gives you directions. However, I did not like to looks or smell of the coating. Pan gave off rust and would never wipe clean. I don't trust the manufacturing of this pan to be HEALTHY to cook with at all. I would NOT eat any food cooked on it.

I don’t trust using this item. I had to try and clean it after it cooled but the metal pieces were coming off and it was hard to get the oil off which were in patches on the pan

The pan was left with a lot of brown streaks. Have not attempted to use it yet as I am concerned about it smoking or the brown marks causing a foul taste.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Bree T from Not thrilled Pizza pan arrived with a noticeable defect and when I tried to season it as instructed my entire house was filled with smoke for hours. Don’t know if I’ll ever use it, for fear of smoking up the house again. Should have thought twice before buying this!
