"It was hard to put together. . . . when I took the pieces out of the box to put together, one whole panel of the glass door was shattered in the box so we went to the hardware store and had to buy plexiglass to replace the broken glass. The doors don't close all the way."

Boxes thrown as if it's been used; parts missing. I have tried to contact Lakeside Collection several times without response. "It’s a nice cabinet don’t get me wrong but the people packaging these cabinets are not packaging it well. I received a replacement because the first one the back was all scratched and the glass to one of the doors was broken. when the replacement came, the glass was even worse, badly shattered in the box . the back was very scratched with this replacement as well. The only thing good about getting this replacement is the fact I only needed one glass door so I was able to build the cabinet but I had to spray paint the back to cover those horrible scratches"
"This will be my 3rd sliding glass door cabinet in the blue color. I have a large selection of DVD’s and these cabinets hold over 100. I’ve not had a problem with any of the cabinets nor have there been any broken or left out parts. However this time the delivery was postponed due to FedEx driver not being able to locate my address. The operator from LTD called me and my cabinet arrived the next day. I would highly recommend ordering this cabinet. My first one is now 6 years old and holding up beautifully."
"I still don't have it all the way together as the parts it comes with for you to put together are bad! Also the pieces don't fit together correctly and one sliding glass door won't stay in. It is all very poor and directions weren't the greatest. It looks beautiful from the picture and if I could get it put together and the pieces fit right it would be great. It was just what I was looking for. However I unfortunately can't use it since it won't stay together."
"Made of particle board and veneer. Assembly instructions are not very clear or easy to follow. The cam locks are really cheap and break easily if you over tighten them and they do not provide any extra's. Once assembled, the doors do not slide very easily at all and constantly was to come out of their tracks. I don't recommend this item at all."
