"I purchased 10 of these for Christmas Gifts and did not open any of the boxes prior to wrapping for Christmas. Sadly, 2 of the letters were broken when ONE of the gifts was opened! 1 out of 10 sets isn't bad; however, it was a Christmas Gift that cannot be used. Would it be possible to get a replacement shipped for the broken one please??"
