Refund policy

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with any portion of your order, simply contact us at (847) 444-3150 within 30 days from the delivery of your order and our friendly agents will evaluate your request and determine the next steps for your return. Personalized items cannot be returned except when due to defect. Shipping charges, Processing & Handling fees are not refundable.
If at any time after 30 days and up to 60 days you elect to return an item, you may do so using your own non-refundable shipping carrier and be refunded for the cost of the item or have it replaced if we still have the item in stock.
No returns will be accepted after 61 days from delivery of your order.
