Horrific Customer Service and Liars

"I purchased the 8" baskets (2 sets) thinking they would work well on a 4-tier, 10" square shelving unit I had. Prior to ordering, I checked their website and return policy, and it said if I was unsatisfied with my purchase, my order is refundable (minus shipping. . . . no problem). After I got the baskets, I realized they would not work at all. I called customer service, as it said I'd have to fill out a return form, which I couldn't find anywhere on the website. The first woman I spoke to told me I am not able to return them unless they were the wrong item. She then told me I could return them if I paid for the return shipping. I said, that's not what their website says. I read their return policy to her verbatim from their website and she still said no. I asked to speak to a supervisor and after, basically demanding, that they are obligated to fulfill a return based on what is written on their website, she told me she would do a one-time return for me. As if she was doing me a big favor. I asked her to send me the pre-paid return label (per their website) I was told I should get my return label within three days. I didn't. After three days, I called and actually spoke to the same manager. She remembered speaking to me. I asked her where my return label is. She said it could take a week to ten days. I reminded her what she initially said to me. She told me to call back by that Friday, and Friday has come and gone. I will try calling again on Monday and if I don't get satisfaction, I will be contacting the Attorney General's Office in Illinois to file a complaint. You can't have your business website say one thing and all your employees tell customers something else. Horrible company. Don't do business with them."

"This tower was easy to put together and works well between bathroom cabinet and toilet in a very narrow area ! I’ve had it a few years and it has held up very well !"

simple and savvy

"This is a great space saver storage shelf! Overall it took me about a half hour to build, I did accidentally use two of the longer screws in the wrong area and broke through it a bit but just follow the instructions and it will fit like a charm! Will be great for bathroom storage and small items."

Cabinet and baskets

"The cabinet fits in the small space I intended. Not too bad putting it together by myself…I love a challenge. BUT, I’m still waiting for the baskets. I assumed they would arrive together. Still not here. Almost 2 weeks"

Beats a blank

"I purchased this over a year ago; instructions not much help. It would have been easier to assemble had I had another human in the house but that wasn't an option. I suggest using wood glue for the dowels for more strength and stability for the shelves. It fits a small area in a bathroom for towels and toiletries that was desperately needed"

Nice size

"Nice size for little spaces. My son has a small area in the corner between his desk and wall. He wanted a small bookshelf but space was limited. I found this shelf and it fits perfect!"
