"I was disappointed in the quality of the charms. The pegs were broken off on both Americana charms. I could glue and fish the star, not the flag. I had purchased the bowls and platter previously and was thinking the charms would work but the style of the pegs have changed."

"I bought the white tray with all the seasonal accents about 4 or 5 years ago. Last Christmas, I finally gave this to my niece (who is very picky). She liked it and sent me a picture of the tray filled with shot glasses for her New Years party. It's too bad one of the accents isn't something like a champagne flue or gold and silver fireworks for New Years. New Years is often a gathering with friends, but there were no accents for this. She used the hotdog accent for some reason. Anyways, this makes a lovely gift because it was well made, very cute, and can be used for many seasons for decorative purposes. In fact, I put in an order today for a tray and accents for myself, although I wish there were more accent options, and the reviews made me nervous if the new accents would go with my nieces' tray. Therefore, I did not buy any new accents for her."
Not the same quality.
"The latter is great, however, the icons are not as sturdy as previously. The icon "stems" are plastic, not ceramic. Three of them were detached from the icon and I had to glue them. Was disappointed in the icon quality."
Hole is smaller than previous product
"I bought this as replacement for mine that got broken (purchased it several years ago. ) I was super disappointed because the icons that I have from the previous version do not foot in the hole- it is much too small."

"These are cute but the plastic piece that goes on the platter is too thin. I have purchased other charmers previously and the plastic piece is thicker and holds better in the platter"

"One of the platters I received doesn’t lay flat on the counter or table. It rocks, something must of happened during the making of it and it definitely should not have passed inspection."
