"I don't recommend using this retailer if you expect customer service. I've been asking for an invoice for several days. I've been told on 3 occasions that it will take up to 48 hours. This started on March 27. Still no invoice. And the final cost is $10 higher than what I was supposed to be charged. So in conclusion, the product is what you'd expect from China, the customer service and business practice isn't any better."

"I bought this thinking it would work as described and it did NOT. It came in a clear plastic sleeve, no box and no instructions, I had to watch YouTube videos. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to getting my gutters cleaned without a ladder. I would return it but don't want to deal with the return process. I usually love everything from LTD and have never left a bad review. This was something I really could have used and I'm sad that it didn't get the job done as described."
