"Bought both, the black one was fine, the beige one had a dent toward the bottom outside. I will NOT pay to return it. I use to order from LTD all the time, then stopped because of issues, for many years. I started ordering again about 2 months ago, and my first order was fine. Then issues started, (customer services) order issues, and now my bent mug. I will take my losses to avoid the hassles as it will cost more to return! No more ordering, again!"
