Garland Not For Me
"I purchased the garland. It is beautiful. My disappointed is it has to be placed on the side of your bannister. Look closely at the picture and you will see this. My other disappointment is it has a 3 to 4 inch twister tie on each end to secure it to the bannister. This is way to short to for me to secure to anything. You will need to come up with your own creativity to keep it secured in place. It will be easier to keep in place on a sloping bannister but very hard for straight bannister"
