I looked up some of my buying history with Lakeside, and found receipts for almost $400 over several years, so obviously I like Lakeside Collections. But, I’ve emailed customer service two times about my missing wreaths, and have received no response."

"I just reviewed mine in the mail today. I ordered 12 for my front windows. They look absolutely nothing like the picture. I can see the clear glue all over them. They aren't as full as the ones on the picture and the stems are not a good quality. I'm so upset. They came in 3 humongous boxes because they are individually boxed so I'm sure the return process is about to be a nightmare."
