Package Damaged

"Box has a huge hole in it and items inside seem bent due to that fact so can’t use it as this was a birthday present - second box is fine outside package was just like a plastic bag - better packaging should’ve been used"

looks good in picture

"Was a Christmas present but not up to par to build a fort to stand up. Poles are flimsy and fall over easily"

Terrible quality

"We bought these around thanksgiving for my 3 kids to be able to build forts. We knew 1 box would t be enough to build like they like to build so we ordered 4 boxes. I wish we would have opened them and inspected them instead of waiting as they were the present they were most excited about. They opened one of the boxes to start building with, half of the poles didn’t fit into the holes and the ones we did get to fit and build with was so flimsy it wouldn’t even hold a twin size flat sheet. It would sit flat. I have tried to contact customer service a few times and if just says they are unavailable. I wouldn’t buy these and now we are out over $70 on pretty much trash."

Flimsy straws and balls

"Should have read the reviews before buying then I would have saved my moeny! Very flimsy, like plastic straws. Doubt it will withstand the kids trying to play with it."

Awful quality

"Cheap and doesn't stay together. I understand its meant to use your own creativity, but doesn't come with instructions or any suggested builds. Went right back in the box after an hour."

"My three grandsons, ages 5, 7 and 9, each made a fort. Then they hooked them together! They had a blast!"
