It works
"Works as described. Hold s my little ladder perfectly. There is literally a picture on the item here (go to 4th pic slide) that shows you how it fits together, it’s very easy."
No Instructions
"I can't use this because there are no installation instructions. I can't figure out how to put it together, so it's unusable."
Instructions needed!
"Should had read the reviews. It looked like a nice product but I wasn't expecting it to be 2 pieces. I thought it was one piece and self explanatory you just screw it on the wall. No like previously stated there's no installation instructions. So I return to this site to see how it looks in the picture."
No install directions
"I purchased 2 of these and while they look beefy enough, no installation directions. Too pricey for me to have to spend search time to figure these out."
