"Terrible customer service and product. Be warned, they are making me pay for return shipping. . . I feel cheated. . . It's much small than I thought, as the volume of soil and water are not posted. Also, the included wheels are very very tiny casters, smallest I've ever seen, useless if you have to drag it through the grass. The wheels are NOT built in to the unit, and could easily break off on unstable ground. And worst of all, there's no air gap between the water in the reservoir and soil tray. So if you fill it until it overflows out the drains, like every other self-watering pot, the soil will get wet if the ground isn't 100% level. The fill holes should be lower, an inch or so UNDER the soil tray, to have an air gap. They have it exactly the same height. So if it's on unstable ground, you will get root rot. And there is no level or guide to try to fill it under that level. I cannot use this. . . Surprisingly, poor design. And I bought 2, ughh. I just wanted to return them. Brand new, I just tested one with water before planting in it. On this website it says they will provide a return label for $7. 99, which still seems unfair for a terrible design, but they are NOT providing a label or honoring that?? They are now making me pay return shipping myself! She said to take it to the post office. So their website info is also a lie. Horrible. Very frustrating, I'm on a fixed income from Disability, every dollar counts."
