"Bought Gray Buffalo Check runner for my cold tiled kitchen floor. First off. . . . great size and quality for such a cheap price! Very cute. Laid flat. Either my family are filthy slobs or this rug collects every single microbe of dirt. I've never had a rug go from being so pretty to needing to be thrown away in such a short time. I really think the material used must have been cheap quality and didn't hold up really at all. Disappointed it didn't last longer. Loved the look in my kitchen it gave."

"These rugs were very poorly made. Just opening the box you could tell the quality was very cheaply made. Requested to return the product and shipped back immediately. Over a month later I still didn’t receive a refund. Customer service kept arguing that they couldn’t refund me since they hadn’t received the product back which is impossible since I had the tracking from USPS. Requested to speak to management but they refused to transfer me and kept telling me to call back. Would advise you think really think before ordering from this company."
