"I ordered two photo cases and when they arrived one was damaged, cracked by the handle and in another area but the other one was fine. I was told that the damaged case would be replaced. I hope to receive the new case before Christmas cause it's a Christmas gift. I ordered these cases before in clear and I really like them cause they hold a lot of photo's and they don't take up a lot of space! Thank you, Eileen Hinton"
