Not up to Lakeside's quality.
"I dislike this item. The picture shows it is for windows--the purpose I purchase it for. But the instructions say it is for siding. There is absolutely no way to use it on siding. The pad does not stay on the extension pole. And if you use it to remove spider webs, etc. , they won't come off even after using the jet spray on the hose. Very disappointed in this item. I ordered it for my daughter, not realizing I had already purchased one. A double waste of money since I've purchased 2 and I also purchased extra pads for hers."
Don’t buy pads don’t stick on pole. Junk!!
"If I knew this extendable pole with pads were useless, I wouldn’t have bought the additional pads on this same order. I bought it last year and my husband tried the extended pole with a pad to try to clean siding a few days ago for the first time. The pad kept falling off the cheap attachment on the extendable pole so he couldn’t use it. My days of ordering on Lakeside Collection are over. What a piece of junk. This was order # 1077217300. 8/18/2024 I paid $14. 99 for Home Exterior Cleaning System and Set of 3 pad refills $5. 99 so I would like a refund of both as a total waste of money."

"I bought this product thinking it was actually for windows as the pictures shows, but it is not. The cleaning mats or sponges are like a scrub brush with holes in it, so definitley not for washing windows, the water on the sponge just falls off making a mess. I had bought more cleaning mats or sponges and haven't even open the package."
