Cute, but cheap.
"I ordered two sizes, so my son had something to grow into. He's two, and wears a 9/10 right now. So I got one pair of S (13/1) and one pair M (2/3). They are not at all true-to-size, as I could barely squeeze my son's feet into the 13/1 slippers. I eventually got them on, and about 30 seconds into him running around, a toe fell off. Customer service was nice, answered the phone on a Saturday, and gave me a refund. The second pair seems to fit alright for now, but I am now wary off the product."
