"I like the holder but disappointed that the bear on top was broken off the pole holder. The wooden pole holder had split but glued back together. The bear I can attribute to shipping perhaps but the wooden dowel can not be explained that way. Too much hassle to return so will try to repair."
"Quick delivery price is right"
"Like the piece and the bears !"
"Looks great in my kitchen and lots of compliments!"
"My bear was broke off of the peg, I find it inconvenient to put a new roll of towels on"
"The paper towel holder is cute. However, it arrived broken. The bear was broken off of the top. I was able to glue it back together, but we'll see if it holds. Also, it's not real convenient to load the paper towels. You have to turn it upside-down and unscrew a teeny-tiny nut from the bottom and take the rod out."
"Super cute S & P set & napkin holder. Already using the napkin holder. I collect S & P shakers. Got it on a flash sale, so very pleased."
"I just got this paper towel holder in the mail and it is adorable. The problem is that it is broken, the bear was broken off the top, this is the only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5"
