Poor quality control with picking items
"I ordered a 2XL Navy jacket and was sent a Large black jacket. I am very unhappy about this mistake because returning the item is difficult since I live in the country about an hour away from a FedEx office. Also, according to the packing slip, returns are subject to a $7. 99 return shipping fee. If there wasn't a 2XL Navy coat available why not just cancel that part of my order instead of sending me the wrong size in a different color?"

"Bought for 5'10"" size medium, usually, fits ok. . . except the sleeves are 3"" too short on him. Should have ordered an xl as this runs small. Otherwise a pretty nice jacket! Fits our 11 yr old grandson so it's his now."

"It is a well constructed coat, that is attractive, warm, comfortable but the two outer pockets are a bit shallow and the sleeve length could use about two more inches of material. The cuffs sit just behind my wrist joints exposing skin to the Minnesota winter, even when wearing gloves."
