"I had the same problem as another reviewer. I didn't even get my vehicle partially washed. As soon as I turned the hose on the black part to turn the sprayer off and on blew off and water was gushing everywhere. I thought maybe the screw was loose so I tightened it but the same thing happened. I would not recommend this product."
"I bought both the starter kit and refill kit for my husband. When it arrived, it was packed in just a plastic bag. The black knob that turns the sprayer on/off was broken off so it is basically useless as well as the refill packs that I bought him."
