Terrible customer service
"I ordered two of these. Put one together and it is literally trash. The screws that came with it don’t even stay IN the “wood” let alone hold anything together. I called the service number twice asking for a return label for the one I didn’t put together. Twice I was told it would be emailed. It never was. I also EMAILED asking for a return label. Twice. No label sent. Instead a THIRD one was sent to me. I didn’t want a third. I wanted to return the one I had not yet put together. The one I DID put together went out for the trash pick up. It literally wouldn’t stay together. How about don’t offer returns if you CLEARLY aren’t going to honor them."
