"First one did not work. Would not charge. Sent it back. Had to work with manufacturers of the product not LTD. Took 4 months to receive new one. Cheap headphones for music. Takes tertible quality pictures even for a child."

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am not happy with this purchase AT ALL. It is too hard to maneuver, and a pile of junk. DO NOT PURCHASE!! One - flemsy. Two - doesn't work right at all. Three - slow to respond. Four - have to read the directions just to figure out how to work it. Five - NOT easy to use. Six - doesn't use batteries, must charge it by USB! No battery backup either if not charged. Seven - trust me, just don't buy! Of note, this was actually a gift for my daughter at Christmastime. She is age 13. She got very frustrated trying to figure out how to maneuver around on it and never could figure out how to download music. I LOVE LTD, but this product makes me want to stay away from buying any electronics in the future. I may stick to the household decorations and items."
Funtionality ok but poor quality and already broke
"I bought this for my daughter for her birthday. It worked great although the buttons were slow to respond. She used it for 4 days and it is already broken with a cracked screen and will not work at all. It is not very durable and the screen should not have cracked."

"Bought this for my son to use on the bus so he could listen to FM radio (since he doesn't have a phone or access to internet), but it won't hold a charge, FM radio resets everytime you turn it on, difficult to use, very cheaply made so options on touch screen are very hard to click and don't even recognize that you are clicking it half the time. Haven't been able to get past the frustrations of getting it to stay on, getting the FM radio where we want it, and not being able to maneuver around it because the touch screen is so terrible, so I have no idea if the other functions even work on it. I couldn't figure it out and lost patience. My son said he'd rather not even bring it because it's too hard to use. Pretty sure the sound in the required headphones is also not even loud enough for him to be able to hear any music over kids on the bus. Very disappointed. DO NOT waste your money."
