"I purchased 3 of these medallions with the hope of using them in two different rooms. All 3 had defects and 1 was missing the necessary hanging hardware. All had scratches and missing some of the knobs around the edge. Contacted customer service and they are replacing all 3. Have not received yet. Hope the replacements are better. Do not recommend this product."
