"It worked for about 5 minutes. I packed it up to return but the cost wasn't worth it. I tried again. It worked for less than 5 minutes. The 'eye' didn't work. That's the point . I packed it up and tossed it out. I cannot tell you how much I wish it had worked. But it didn't. I don't expect anyone's will ever get to read this. Very disappointed guardian of 19-yr-old cat"
"My cat is afraid of it,but hopefully she'll get use to it,wish the instructions came in English!"
"I received this a couple weeks ago, and my cats love drinking out of it. A couple complaints--the instructions are not in English, although it wasn't difficult to figure out how to put it together. Also, there is a filter included, but no info on where to order replacements. Hopefully, some of the replacement filters I've found online will fit."
"i set this up a couple weeks ago and still can't get my cat to drink out of it. she only wants to drink out of the sink faucet so i guess i wasted my money. as an aside, the instructions for assembly are NOT IN ENGLISH so you have to figure it out on your own since the tiny pictures are useless."
"I can't use this water fountain because the ""water pump connecting pipe"" was not included in the materials."
"It is so quiet and I like that it's nice that my cat has fresh running water when he wants it."
