Never Received Order
"FedEx had some sort of mishap. I am assuming there was a wreck or something and boxes got damaged. I received a shipment with the tracking number I received from LTD. The label on the box said it had been relabeled by FedEx and contents matched to tracking number. That was wrong. According to the packing slip in the shipment I received it was for Dollar General in Hueytown, AL. The box contained shampoos and body lotion. I immediately called FedEx and after about 20 minutes on the phone trying to explain the mixup, FedEx said nothing could be done because according to the tracking number I had receive the package and the contents of the package were mine to keep. I hung up, called LTD, and after another 20 minutes on the phone, I finally got someone to agree to giving me a credit for the items. Initially, I as told that the tracking number stated I had received the package, and the only thing LTD could do was to send me a return label to return the items, and then they would send me the correct items. I tried to explain I could not return the items because the items did not belong to or come from LTD. As stated above, I finally got them to agree to a credit. I waited the five business days for the credit to go through, but it never went through on my Paypal account. I called and was told the system was being changed and to give it a few more days. I called yet again, and finally got someone who said they would rush the credit through, which they did. Not good customer service from either Fedex or LTD until my last call with LTD."
