"I ordered 10 sitting Santa’s. Two did not have pink cheeks, one had a mustache that was not cut properly, and two had the wire in the hat poking out. I could fix all but the missing pink cheeks. They are still very cute and my friends I gave them to really like them."

The same thing with the little Santa and snowman ornaments. In fact the items looked liked “return” items…. not new ones. I was very surprised as being a customer for years, I have only had a few poor deliveries."
