"The reason for my less than stellar review is twofold. Within a couple of hours if lacing my order, I realized I had insufficient funds, so I called to cancel. The person I spoke with said that the order was already being processed, and nothing could be done. (Fortunately, another merchant, Red Barn pet products was much more helpful. ) Then, I never received a shipment notice, and it took about 10 days to receive the items. Even though the products are good, and I don’t want to return them, I will likely not order from this merchant again."

"Very excited to see these baskets being offered. Washed them, filled them with veggies for a healthy meal, only to find lids falling off and veggies all over the grill. Very disappointing. Would not recommend."
