"I’m so glad I purchased 2 of these! I put one under my kitchen sink and I no longer have to pull out everything from the front onto the floor, in order to reach items in the back! Yea! The second one I put in my pantry. That too is a very deep cabinet and now I can just roll out the storage bin! I plan on ordering more of these - great solution for deep cabinets!"
"The 4 storage containers came in a huge box. The box was heavily damaged and there was no packing material at all in the box. Three containers were surprisingly not damaged, but one of the little wheels on the 4th container is broken. Would it be possible to get a replacement container for the one that is damaged?"

I have contacted by phone twice the customer service department. Both times they promised to send me a replacement.
