Disappointing shopping experience
"I ordered all three of these baskets and they were not the dimensions they were advertised to be. They were too small. They also looked pretty bad. I contacted customer service who helpfully informed me that the dimensions could not possibly be wrong. The agent then informed me that Lakeside Collection no longer provides pre-paid return shipping labels, so I would have to return the item using my own courier service. When I placed the order, I looked at the return policy indicating a $7. 99 return label would be available to me if the items don't meet my expectations. That's why I placed the order, believing with a false sense of security that I would be okay if I needed to make a return. Now, when I try to return the items on my own, the post office tells me it'll cost me $35 to ship back! That's not even worth the cost of returning. It's very misleading to tell customers they have the option of a return label, and then rescind that offer when they need it."
