"I bought this sun shield hoping it would be easier to manage than the fold-out type. But, I didn't look closely enough at the photo. It's designed for a windshield with the rear-view mirror attached at the very top of the glass. Mine is lower down, so this device doesn't fit well. It doesn't shield the very top of the glass, is hard to position under the mirror. And when you've done all that, difficult to remove. Check your mirror location before purchasing."

"I just received my umbrella buddy. I think it will work for me, a little flimsy but it will do. You will need to put the visors down to hold it in place and It does not go behind the mirror, If your mirror is attached to the windshield. I'm just trying to keep the heat out a little because the inside of our car is black and all the other windows have tint."
