"Really don't fit like leggings but more like Summer pj bottoms. They are made of a super thin, very stretchy material and if it's a cold Halloween it will definitely require something underneath for warmth. As cute as they are I'm disappointed by the very thin material. The consolation is that they will only be worn a time or two. I'm okay with that but I expected more."
